Who we are

This website, getfirstcited.com, is operated by Get First Cited LLC, an Arizona limited liability company operating in Maricopa County, Arizona. In this policy, "we", "us" and "FirstCited" mean Get First Cited LLC. You can reach us at hello@getfirstcited.com.

What we collect

There is exactly one place on this site that collects personal information: the contact form on the home page, which requests a free visibility check. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name - required.
• Your business name - required.
• Your email address - required, so we can send the review and reply to you.
• Your growth goal - an optional free-text box. Whatever you write there comes to us, so please don't include anything sensitive or confidential.

The form also contains a hidden checkbox that real people never see or fill in. It exists only to catch automated spam submissions, and it collects nothing about you.

Separately, like every website, the servers that deliver these pages keep standard request logs. Those typically record the IP address the request came from, the browser's user-agent string, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything you send through the form.

That is the complete list. To be specific about what this site does not do: it sets no cookies of its own, it stores nothing in your browser's local or session storage, it runs no analytics package, it carries no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels, it embeds no third-party widgets, players or chat tools, and it has no accounts, no logins and no payment processing. We do not collect location data beyond whatever a raw IP address implies, and we buy no personal data about you from anyone else.

How we use it

We use what you submit through the form to prepare and send the visibility review you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and to follow up with you about working together. If you become a client, we use the same contact details to run the engagement. Server logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising or for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models. We share it only with the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf, or where we are legally required to.

If we email you about our services, every message includes a way to opt out, and we will stop when you ask.

Service providers

Three third parties are involved in running this site. Each is listed with what it actually receives.

• Web3Forms - handles delivery of the contact form. When you press submit, the name, business name, email address and growth goal you entered are sent to Web3Forms, which forwards them to our business email inbox. It is the only destination for form data.
• Lovable - hosts and serves this website. It handles the request logs described above as part of delivering the pages.
• Google Fonts - the site loads its typefaces from Google's font service. Because your browser fetches those files directly, Google receives your IP address and user-agent string as part of that request. Google Fonts sets no cookies and we send it nothing about you.

Once a form submission reaches our inbox, it sits with our email provider like any other business correspondence. We also link out to LinkedIn from the footer; following that link takes you to LinkedIn's own site, governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy rather than this one.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that we delete them. If you become a client, we keep records of the engagement for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

Server logs are held by our host under its own retention schedule, which we neither control nor extend. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any point - see below.

Delete your data

Email hello@getfirstcited.com from the address you contacted us with, or tell us which address to look for, and ask us to delete your data. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no cost.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. That removes:

• The contact form submission itself - name, business name, email address and anything you wrote in the growth goal box.
• Any email correspondence with you held in our inbox.
• Your details from any marketing or follow-up list we keep.
• Any notes or working documents we created about your enquiry.

Two things we cannot remove: server logs held by our host, which expire on their own schedule and are not indexed by name, and records we are legally required to retain - for example, invoices for completed paid work, which tax rules oblige us to keep. If that applies to you, we will say so explicitly when we confirm.

Your rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Access - tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct - fix anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete - erase it, as described above.
• Opt out of marketing email - stop sending you anything promotional, while still replying to enquiries you start.

We extend these to everyone rather than only to people covered by a particular statute, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. Email hello@getfirstcited.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site sells business services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that collects data - analytics, a scheduling embed, a payment flow - we will update this page before or as it goes live, and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be notified by email to anyone affected.
